Ok, I agree that recording all the things you eat has to at least make you MORE
aware of your intake. So I will give it a shot. Also my activites (I do wkout often). First day of the rest of my life (and all that)
May 6th (Wed) bowl of cereal (smart start with allbran bran buds)
Mcdonalds chicken salad for lunch, noodles and chicken corn on cob
for supper, drank koolaid and glass of choc milk (all milk is skim)
half pnbtr sandwhich
