So after about 3 months of "I'll start my diet today" and failing, I decided that I needed to take this seriously. I relieze that once I pull through all this temptation of over-eating and laziness, I'll be way happier with my new body and healthier self.
Right now I'm about 5'8"-5'10" and weigh 160lbs-165lbs
I think this site is great because I really need some moral support/advice.
Its hard for me to resist over eating, because foods sort of my comfort.
I've always been a shy person, so its hard for me to talk to people on an emotional level.
I'm a vegatarian, but not exactly the healthiest. @.@;
I eat for convince, such as boxed and premade foods.
I do enjoy bowls of frozen fruits at times though.
For this diet plan, I will Hopefully lose around 35-45 pounds.
I think 130 is a decent weight for my height.
I plan on limiting my calorie intake to around 12K calories.
And running off about 500 calories on my running machine thing.
