My Journal - Sammy

Well I started on Monday like I said, Now it's saturday and I've lost about 6 Pounds No idea how but It must be what I have been doing

I'm on the treadmill every night for 20 minutes
Punchbag for 10 minutes
And walking for about 40 minutes a day

My intake is

4-5 Peices of fruit for breakfest
Sandwich for lunch (Which im going to be changing)
I have about 2 peices of fish with some veggies for tea
Snacks - Friut and the ocational peice of ham

Well My goal is a stone in one month and i'm half way there

Sammy's plan seemed really good. Maybe a little too much fruit.

i dont' think it's that great... i mean, you're losing weight, right! but won't you get fed up eating only fruits, vegs and fish? if you're vegetarian it would be easy though that many fruits would really put me off dieting. lol. i can manage an apple once in a while and oranges everyday, strawberries once in a blue moon and that's about what i can. i can't even think how you can eat that many fruits...but if you're losing weight, that's really great!!!!

GOOD JOB! Sounds like a lot of fruit, but thats healthier than chowing down on chocolate chip cookies!! I say do what works! If you stop losing weight you might cut out some of the fruit tho.... By the way how much exactly is 1 stone?

You Need to Get The Mucus & Worms Out!

Sammy,

You can walk a treadmill, eat lot's of fruits and veggies, and that's all great but new studies show that the real problem with being overweight has to do with the body not being able to do what it is supposed to do naturally because of the fact that our digestive system is coated with mucus and many Americans actually have worms!
