I am new to this) Hi my name is lea and i need to lose 75 pounds. I am 5'6, 207 lbs. and I am 24 years old. I started my plan 3 days ago, which is a low calorie diet (about 1200 calories/day) and i workout with a home video (very challanging video). I think I will check in once a week.
