Im new to this fourm so let me introduce myself, My name is Pete im 20 im 6'2 and 175lbs.I signed up to this site to get some positive feedback from other people so it can keep me mentally in the game..I started my diet about 2 months ago and it has been going great!!! When i started the diet i weighed 305 in just 2 months i lost 30lbs...No i donnot starve myself i just make sure i eat propper meals 6 times a day..The reason i eat 6(smaller) meals is so that metablisom is continously working to burn fat.Just to give you a days meal for me
Breakfast 8:30 -3 eggs whites/slice wheat toast/orange juice Lunch 11:30- half turkey sandwich on weat with banana. Lunch 2:30- other half of sandwich/fruit. Dinner 5:30-I take a shake called isopure low on calories no carbs no sugar....Snack 8:30 piece of fruit.
I also do cardio 4-5 times per week around 30-40 min per day....I also use weight training to help burn fat.The more muscle your body has the more calories you will burn...AND i drink a ton of water...just about a gallon a day...Well i hope all is well for everybody now lets here some positive feedback.
I hope you meant 205...not 305....Because that would be crazy if you lost 130 pounds in two months! =] Well good job....I started last Saturday and i've lost 8 pounds...I"m not too thrilled about it because I didn't want to lose weight that fast so my body will go back to normal...But that's very cool for you..You're my age so i have to ask...did your skin go back to normal?

im sorry i ment i weighed 305 now im down to 275.....In the begining you will loose alot of the weight very quickly so dont be upset......after awhile you will hit a point where u donnot loose weight for a couple weeks...About the skin i havent lost enough weight to tell if my skin will go back to normal....ive been doing alot of core trainging to help it out a little.
Did anyone help you with this plan, or did you come up with this alone?
And.... Is it hard to stick to this diet?
i did alot of reading before i started the diet...Its not hard at all if u want it...me i needed to loose weight for health concerns...so it was very easy for me....and when u see results u will just want to continue
