Welcome to my thread

Hi, well to kick off this post i better start with a little background, as my username suggests my name is "Rob" and i currently tip the scales at 266lbs (19 stone), height = 5,10 and i am 25 years old.
I am a Parking attendent (traffic warden) <--this involves me walking an average of 18miles a day (so i am not planning on any additional exercise).

just to get a few things out there, i have never dieted before and am very reluctent to use the word diet now, all my life i have been happy with my weight even as the pounds piled on, i never really took interest.
I would not say i am a food addict!!!.

Well i started a diet (cough) last week, 7 days ago to be more precise. Now this isnt one of the new fangled diets like attkins, its simply eat less junk eat more of the good stuff.
i recorded my food intact 7 days ago:

07:30am bacon sarnie
09:00am sausage cob
09:00am can of coke
11:30am footlong meatball (subway)
11:30am Large coke (subway)
13:30pm chinese chicken baguette
13:30pm 2 cans of coke
16:00pm packet of crisps + lion bar (chocolate)
16:30pm packet of M&M's
19:00pm Large pizza with fries
22:00pm Beans on toast (4 slices)
and i also managed to drink a 2litre bottle of fanta throughout the day.

o.k as i say that was eight days ago, seven days ago i decided to go completly "cold turkey"
in the past seven days i have had no chocolate, crisps, sweets or fizzy juice. This so far has been very hard for me as i used to live on coke and fanta.
well this was my food diary for today

09:00am ~ 1 sausage cob (large (4 sausages))
13:30pm ~ 2 chicken baguettes (1 chinese, 1 tikka)
17:00pm ~ portion of fries regular
11:50pm ~ 1 carrot
11:50pm ~ 1 mandarin orange
11:50pm ~ Cup of tea (milk, no suger)

9 - 12 pints of water
3 pints robinsons "R" juice

the above diary has been common for the past week, and i know i have been having 2 baguettes at dinner and fries at night but my main goal was to survive without all the sugery junk. i am moving onto the main meals next week. will be taking pack lunchs to work with me.. i will try to post and update every day explaining how my fitness level, weight, drive and health are changing over the course of a few months..

well today is 16th march
My head is really hurting, it has been for the past 3 days (at the moment i am putting it down to the caffine leaving my body after 20 years of coke cola).
i feel really drainined and tired.
