pallavi i fully agree with you, i have seen many cases where improvement was more than visible with the help of weight loss pills, basically these pills are those who dont like or cant do or shy away from doing exercises...they are a good alternative in such cases

or still, you want to continue with the pills then you can also try taking some Diet pills they are also decent method keep a tab on what you eat and how you eat

Hydroxycut is a decent dieting supplement. I have given it to patients as a means of supplementing their weight loss but not as a sole means of weight loss.

The reason you shouldn't take it at night is because it has stimulants in it, caffeine being one of them. There are also thermogenic ingredients in hydroxycut that have been shown in clinical trials to be effective for weight loss.

Diet pills is a pretty vague term encompassing all things from prescribed medications to these hustlers you see on TV. Don't believe all the hype.

One thing to keep in mind whenever you are interested in some new fad product is how much money are they spending on glitzy marketing. That usually is a sure fire way to tell that its probably not legit.
