I am conducting some research for TV company Tiger aspect productions. We are making the new series of successful channel five program diet doctors. It looks at the diets of 6 contributors who have weight and health problems and looks to help them improve their situation through diet and exercise while improving their over all lifestyle. The series is headed by respected GP Dr Wendy Denning and highly regarded nutritionist Vicki Edgson.
To get on to my question, we have completed our search for our main contributors and are now conducting research in to smaller features for the show. In particular we are looking for cautionary tales of people who have experienced adverse effects of diets, treatment or operations. The aim is to relay to our audience the extreme consequences of poor dieting choices and drastic procedures.
I was wondering anyone could help with a suggestion of where to find case studies of this nature or if indeed you have had a bad experience. Any help you can offer with my research would be greatly appreciated. PLease email
