i went for the easiet way

i was on a very strict diet for a long time and the only weight i lost was around my thighs area. i didnt even lose that much weight, dnt know what was wrong with my dieting or eating.well, sad to say that my thighs were looking really horrible and the skin was sagging with the little bit of weight i had lost. fed up of the situation and wanting faster results i opted for thigh lift.i got into contact with the JD Healthcare-Cosmetology &Plastic Surgery Hospital and from there, my first surgery began. I am planning to go for more surgery, in other regions of the body to lose weight, at the same hospital since i have found their service very professional!

Thanks

Thanks Anna. A very good Diet plan posted by you. It really helpful for all who need to follow a diet plan. Its absolutely true that rather than eating 3 heavy meals eat light meals 5 times a day. I heard tea is not good for weight loss. Is this true that tea helps in weight loss.

I drank green tea for about a year and it didn't seem to make any difference for me.
Maybe it's one of those things that only works "in combination with a low-calorie diet."

Coffee helps raise metabolism and reduce appetite. It's my favorite "diet aid."

know your diet

Many people are in a rush to lose weight and fast! They often get lulled by scams rather than authentic diet programs. One should be very careful when choosing a diet plan. Reading this may help Legitimate Diets Versus Scams. Remember that the plan which promises to lose weight overnight isnt necessarily the best one- we dnt gain weight overnight, so how can we lose it in that same time span???

Unfortunatly, weight camps rarely work, I attended them when I was younger, you'll lose weight there, but unless you have very strong self will (something many teenagers and kids alike need to work on, including myself) the weight comes right back on. And while you would think weight loss camps would be a haven from the obesity or overweight stigma it still exists, more so sometimes because chunky kids are able to flip the tables for once and tease others bigger than themselves. It's sad, but often true.
