New to the site

hey everyone, i'm new to the site. Just started diet this past week and i think im doing pretty well. Lost about two pounds, working out and watching what im eating. Just looking to get support from other people out there in the same boat. Thanks everyone!!!

good work

Losing about 2 lbs a week is the optimal range while still maintaining a good healthy progression. Remember that its about the journey.

This is great for you. Im taking some diet pills and im losing weight gradually. Lost 6 kg in 40 days.
Im looking forward to lose 10 kg more because i want to look handsome when i get married next month.

Please share your experiences here.
