(I know of this chick who once stabbed her bf in the leg because she was bulimic and cranky. while im no where near that bad i DO find if i am really cutting back too much on food i can get some pretty wild mood swings.
have learned to grab some fruit or raw veggies when i get too cranky and that often will settle me down. or almonds....high calorie but they stave off hunger so you eat less in the long run!
anyways i just felt like telling the world....starving makes you crazy! dont do it!

Starving yourself is not the way to go about dieting. When you deny your body of food it goes into starvation mode..thus when you do decide to eat, it takes everything (including all the good and bad fat) and stores it as fat. People end up gaining more weight back because of this then they had originally.
The one thing i hate is starving myself, I mean i can't do it.
If i feel hungry and don't get food to eat ,i just get frustrated and start losing temper. I think this is conman thing which happens to me..
I believe starving yourself makes you angry.
Is there anyone who agree with me?
