Why You Don't Need To Diet

Dieting just messes up your body and metabolism! I just taught myself to eat healthy and became more active by mixing up my exercise routine. I also added a supplement to my life that makes me not crave foods that are bad for me all day long. I've been using a Caralluma supplemet to help me along. I need to eat 4 times per day. Dieting stinks for me.

--------------------
I found a product that suppresses hunger much better than hoodia and has no side effects.I had much better results with it. devoted.to/BurningFat has all the info.

Hi, I have also tried lots of things and I always gained myweight back after a few months. I was doing well a few months ago, then some personal family problems really set me back. I started drinking (not water) and I blew everything. Now I have my life under control again, and I am going to start a new life. This forum helped me before and I am sure it will help me again. Nice people here.

They haven't made a decision

I think most people that begin on a journey to loose weight haven't really decided to be successful. They feel crappy or don't like the way they look in the mirror, so they have this gut feeling that they need to do something about it, but they never really make the decision to loose weight.

When you decide - and I really mean decide - then there is no other option.

Most people just 'hope' they loose weight or 'wish', but never really decide. They need to know up front that they'll experience set backs (plateaus, ect) and they must know up front that they will experience them and work through them - no other options.

I also think that the current crop of American's lack the moral fiber that our grandparents had. They are weak - and I'm certainly among them. We give up easily and are unwilling to put up a fight.

Anyway - the key is to make an honest to God decision and sticking to it through thick and thin.

Tony Robbins would suggest that you need to break the pattern of loving the 'yummy foods'. That's the hard part, but it is do-able.

At this point in my life, I can't stand the sight of a donut.

Yep, junk food will do it every time. How come I love junk food ??? I hope that I can give it up forever. Gree, how did you get to the point that you don't like donuts ??? I quit smoking and now I have gained more. I don't know which is better, smoking and being thin or not smoking and being overweight ?
