The reason people never lose enough weight is because they never eat enough once they diet!!! You need to eat every 3 hours to lose weight. It keeps the metabolism running and you need to eat breakfast to get the body going. Too many skip breakfast and eat 2 small meals a day. That shuts you down and then you get a little loss but once you eat normal again, you gain it back. It's best to eat 5-6 times a day and spread your calories out. I learned that with the system i'm on and thats why feel so much better! The weight is melting off. I eat what i want within reason. Rosanna

Glad to be here. Z diet is doing me right and changing how I think. Got it direct instead of on ebay where I learned of it. Learning much. Metabolism doesn't run (a car does); it does not "shut down." Our metabolism is a biochemical ecosystem that only responds to stimuli. It cannot think...it has no brain. People put human characteristics on biosystems which is totally incorrect.
"eating normal" for overeaters is eating way too much food and as fast as possible
" gain it back" is a function of continuous overeating
These things and hundreds of other little things that matter are well-covered in Z and Dr. Hopkins advice and experience is like no other. He teaches on computer every day and answered every question I have asked within 24 hours.
