Smile Anyone Heard of Take Shape For Life?

I have been over weight since I had my two boys and for years I have struggled to lose those very unwanted extra pounds. I had kind of resigned myself to being heavy for the rest of my life when my best friend brought Take Shape For Life to my attention. I lost 20 lbs in the first 30 days and my best friend lost 30 lbs. in the first 30 days. It is an absolute no-brainer...no thinking, counting wondering weighing etc. We have both continued to lose the weight and have now kept it off!! We are now both size 4 and sometimes wear size 2!! It was fast, easy, provided 100% of our daily nutrition and we are both happy and free from bodies we felt we didn't belong in. If you want to hear about what saved my life I would love to share it with you. It does work and it will help you achieive optimal health!

This program was a gift to me and to my life and because I trust it and believe in it I know it can and will work for anyone who does it. I am now a certified health advisor and I will personally walk through the weight loss journey with you answering questions and cheering you on as you melt away. My service is free to you. I am simply here for you. Please visit my website if you are curious and email me if you have questions. If you have personal health goals this is the tool to help you succeed.
