Unhappy Does anyone know a good diet plan to use?

Hi,

My name is Jillian. I'm 36, 5'4 165lbs, recently divorced with no kids. I'm trying to lose the weight I gained during my stressful marriage. Does anyone know of a good diet plan that works. I'm trying to get out on the dating scene again, and I just don't feel confident about myself. I'd like to lose about 30-40lbs. Anyone got any advice?

Hello Jillian and other dieters,

What i have discovered is that losing weight takes commitment and change in lifestyle. I was also searching for a good diet and I tried a 7 day diet that my friend recommended. She tried it before her wedding and it worked so I tried it too. Although the diet found here my7daydiet com said that I could lose up to 11 pounds, I only lost about 8 pounds in 7 days. It was quite challenging the first 2-3 days but then it got better. I am not sure if it will help you but take a look and good luck. I also drank a lot of water during those seven days and it felt good to feel light on day 8. The only thing I did not like about this diet is that it can be very strict with what you can or cannot eat during those 7 days but other than that, it was ok. see for yourself!

atkins is hard if you like your carbs (mostly bread and sugar) but you will lose weight. i lost 25 lbs in about 3 months, no exercise (i know, tisk tisk) but i do enough running around at work to constitute as a workout,

lemme tell ya, the no carb thing will get to you after a few months. so be prepared to start something else to keep the weight loss going....

Smile

Hi,
I have never posted before its my first day with the site. I just wanted to see other things people are using. I wanna share ideas and info. Right now im actually on a good product. Ive tried alot of stuff but this stuff works well for me. Its called Slimmervescent, I just drop a tablet in my water 3 times a day and its a hunger surpressent. It makes your water have a slight taste of lime/lemon. You are suppose to drink 8 glasses a day anyways, this just make sit easier with great benefits haha. There are times where I feel sorta bloated like I ate wayy too much, but overall its working great ive lost 10 pounds so far. It is supposably an all natural product so i dunno if it will work this well for other people. I guess you also have to beleive in what your doing, if you dont beleive in the product i guess it won`t work. I just wanted to share this product with you, I think its great if your lookign to try something. The company Naturalia Pharma gives a 30 day money back guarantee in case it doesnt work which made me feel more comfortable, but it works for me, so everything is great. Ill give you the number i called just in case you decide you might want to give it a try, 1-866-600-9668 . I wish you good luck
Karen

LA weight loss, slim4life all are great programs but cost a bunch, there is a site that does the same diet online. Thats what I'm doing now and I'm very pleased with results. The good thing is you get to eat a lot of food (a lot) the more you eat the more you lose

you don't really need appetite suppressants because you eat so much

the only time my weight loss slows down is when don't eat enough. They also stay in touch with you regularly to keep track of your progress since it's guaranteed.

I lost 6 pounds the first 3 days and ate like a pig, no kidding. So far I'm down 12 and working on my last 10.

It's also guaranteed without exercise but I do pilates to keep it tight!

the site is theplateaubreakers

diet discussions

HI,

Take a glass of lemon juice with honey first thing in the morning.First of all, the term 'Negative Calorie' is a misnomer, because every food has some calorie.

Secondly, the Negative calorie food consists mainly of vegetables and fruits. So, unless you are a vegan, this diet is impractical.

Thirdly, the food needs to be consumed raw. Trying to cook the food especially with fat will be counter productive.
Finally, Negative Calorie Diet is no replacement for normal weight loss diet.
And avoid fast food .And take 8 liters of water per day. Do excise daily its may be possibility of loose weight.

Have you thought about Hypnosis

hello
I have just joined this forum as
I am fairly new to the internet community and I need some help and maybe I can help.

I have been working with clients for a long time in the field of hypnosis weight loss and have recently changed my business so that I can work with anyone no matter where they are but I am not sure what people generally think about

1. Hypnosis as a means of weight loss
2. What they would want from me before they would consider working with me (currently my clinic clients are pretty much word of mouth)

I saw your question and hope you won't mind sharing what you are searching for.

Thanks
Stephen Henry
P.S. If you want to see a bit about what I am talking about before you answer I can email you a reference page if you email me
