I am actually losing weight!
I have been following my plan for a few weeks now and I can see a dramatic difference. What's more, everyone else sees it too! I am always eating, am never hungry and I have so much energy I am bouncing off of the walls!
The plan I follow is based on food choices, fresh foods (no canned foods) and getting healthy. It is a lifestyle change as opposed to a diet. What's more, it works great for my food budget because I am a tightwad!
Anyone else done this plan? I know it has worked great for me. I have gone down a couple of pants sizes since I started. Still have aways to go, but I am well on my way!

That was great. Some people make their rules but never obey it. So if you consume a fresh foods, you can lose weight even without an exercise. But off course you still need to gain some muscles

wow! it great to know that you are losing weight. what is schedule you are following. i mean how many meals do you take in a day, what exactly you take in breakfast , lunch and idnner...plzz share we all are interested in knowing about it

This is what I'm doing, too. Ii've found that ignoring the word "diet" and focusing on health helps me to stay on track . Good job on the weight loss. Hope I can post about a few lbs lost, soon

That's right. Instead of thinking about how much that you lose, just eat more fresh fruit and vegetables and do some exercise
