i need to lose like 5-10 pounds in like two weeks?

im 16 im 6'1 and i wiegh about 155lbs
im a pretty average weight but ive been doin alot of situps lately and i realized that i cant see my results cause i have a thin layer of fat over my abs so i decided i need to lose about 5 to 10lbs so i can be more toned in about 2 weeks

i skate and get alot of exercise from that but i eat alot of food too so i need to get some kind of plan goin to keep me on track

how many calories should i get per day?
also is fruit juice like apple juice and orange juice ok to drink during a diet?

what would you guys suggest i do?

It sounds like you're a healthy weight and a very active girl. I suggest eating no junk food, no prepackaged foods, nothing with sugar (including fresh fruit), and basically, nothing white, i.e. potatoes, pasta, anything made with white flour (no bread). Whole wheat pasta and baked or roasted sweet pototoes are good. Baked or grilled fresh fish or chicken good also. Cut back on dairy products. Eggs or 'healthy' cereal with skim milk for breakfast. Good Luck. Drink lots of water 4-6 water bottles daily.
