It sounds like you're a healthy weight and a very active girl. I suggest eating no junk food, no prepackaged foods, nothing with sugar (including fresh fruit), and basically, nothing white, i.e. potatoes, pasta, anything made with white flour (no bread). Whole wheat pasta and baked or roasted sweet pototoes are good. Baked or grilled fresh fish or chicken good also. Cut back on dairy products. Eggs or 'healthy' cereal with skim milk for breakfast. Good Luck. Drink lots of water 4-6 water bottles daily.
