Talking Lose 10lbs in 10 Days!

I lost 8lbs. in 10 Days. I am still losing weight and feeling so much better.

wow, but i want to lose about 20kg, that is about 40lbs i think. i weigh 77 for 170cm, i want to get thin no matter the weigh but i can't come to america just for a program, i dont' have that kind of money!

There is a diet program that has also worked out very well called the Dietrine Carb blocker which allows you to eat what you want,but still burn off fat at the same time. You don't have to starve yourself to lose weight. You can visit the site in my profile.

sticking to the diet is the best way

Programs will just assist you, sticking to it is the most important thing when it comes to dieting. I lost a lot of weight over the years. I bought some diet guides online and they were hard to follow because the way that my body was used to. I stuck to it and now i'm happy. I'm still follow the guide and it just gets easier because my body is getting used to it
