Unhappy Meal replacement

Help. I really could do with some help. I have had a leaflet through the door about a meal replacement plan called Lighter life and i was wondering if anyone out there had tried this. I have tried weight watchers and actually put on a stone since i started, i have tried slim fast, the soup diet and slimming world. i do hope someone has some hints apart from not buying food in so i can't eat it.
Thanks in advance
Sarah

Hi
there a few of my friends have tried meal replacements and have lost weight but soon after they finish with the replacements the weight just piled on
Try without these meals, it is better in the long run and your body will get used to the type of food you put in it.
Remember only the best for the best machines!

I dont know about the diet that was left on your door step

I am cautious too

I am doing Medifast diet which is 5 meal replacements with one lean n green meal

Medifast has been around for more than 20 years, and is backed by studies with Johns

Hopkins, the National Institutes of Health, and has been used by millions of people. It

originally was used under a doctor's supervision, but now anyone can buy it. The Medifast

plan is low calorie, low fat, and low carb. The meals are portion controlled.

Its the righ blend of vitamins & nutrients. You always feel full

I swear it saved my life

Alternative

There is a terrific alternative on the market to diet pills, meal replacements, etc. called the Apple Patch Diet. It's very similar to a nicotine patch and you simply replace it every three days. It's all natural, has little to no side effects, and has a terrific reputation. My wife and I both have tried it and have had great success. We bought ours from getthedietpatch dot com where they currently have a buy one month get one free special running.

Regards,

terry

it feels like you feel as though you have tried everything and are at the end of your rope May I recomment that you go to a dietician and then to a bootcamp weight loss group. if you do you research and find a good one in your area.I promise they will not let you excuse your way out of your respossiblity for your weight loss. diets don.t work, those weightloss suppliments don't work because they aren't healthy and you gain the weight back because you starved yourself and every morsel of food coming into your body after this enemy of the body has done it's job food will turn into fat.Do you need to go to an overeaters support group?don't resort to something that is not natural for the body to use for food I am 152 pounds down.I went from a size 28 to a 7.love yourself enough to save yourself.remember cliff notes in school, quick, easy pass the test by a fair grade and still dumb afterwards.don't go on a cliff notes diet. thin the summer, fat the following spring
