I recently had a baby and gained 60lbs. I lost around 40 so far using different diets. my favorite is at aj-online-domain I'm having trouble losing the last 20 can anyone help?
Well friend, I would say as long as you aren't breast feeding you could start right away. but if you are breast feeding you need an additional 500 calories a day above the recommended daily amount (can't remember exactly what that is) Otherwise the little one won't get the nutrition he/she needs. After having my daughter I had horrible back problems and put on A LOT of weight. It took me a good year and a half before I started a diet, mainly because I was in pain and depressed.
