Three best ways to lose weight
These three things will help absolutely ANYONE lose weight. #1, Drink at least 8 glasses of water EVERY day, and do NOT drink ANYTHING except water and 2 servings of low-fat milk. Not even diet soda. #2, Balance a 2:1, protein, carb ratio in every meal and snack. If your meal/snack has 30g of protein, it should have no more than 60g of carbs. #3, don't eat any carbs within 5 hours of bedtime. Best Ways to Lose Weight Fast
1. Add extra fiber to your diet
Fiber is the secret ingredient for weight loss that few people seem to talk about. I'm going to make this as simple as possible for you. I want you to add 2 foods to your diet everyday. One for snacks and the other to be added to your meals.
What are they?
Black beans and apples. Use the apples (2-3 a day) for snacks and use 1 can of black beans as part of 1-2 meals. There's 25 grams of fiber in a can of black beans and 5 grams of fiber in each apple. You need to drink 8 glasses of water and have enough sleep. But you also need an extra protein and some calories as well. You can't just count on a strict meal plan.
