Trying to find a diet plan

Hello everyone,

My name is Jose, you can call me Gonzo (from Gonzalez)

I am trying to lose weight because a year ago I was very thin, a year before that I was really fat, I managed to lose weight by eating one day and the next i didn't and so on, and also by excercising a little at night, I knew it was wrong, but I was desperate. Anyway, I got a lot fatter ever since, am like 175-185 pounds, 5.4 or 5.5 maybe, (am not sure because here height is like 1.67 or 1.68) and I was wondering if any of you could tell me of a great diet plan I could take to get back to when i was thin, because I want to do it the right and healthy way this time. This is how I eat right now, at breakfast, I don't eat at home, when I get to work at like 7:30 AM, I go up to the cafeteria and eat like a sandwish or two, really simple, like bread and cheese and a small cup of coffee. At lunch, I eat the traditional meal here, which is rice, beans with meat or chicken. Then, during the day I go to a little store here at work where they sell snacks, cookies, etc and eat like chocolate bar or something, when I get home at like 10:30-11:30 PM, I have whatever its prepared which is usually the same rice, beans and meat/chicken meal. Sometimes I make a sandwish after that or not.

From am obvious point you can tell that I shouldnt have the snacks and sandwishes and probably the late dinner, what am trying to find out is the correct meals I should be having.

here is what you need to

Hi Gonzo,

The first thing that you need to do is lay off unhealthy foods that you are eating. LIke junk foods or whatever that is too sweet. Make sure you have vegetables and fruits in a day. Specially apples it increases metabolism. Also reduce your rice intake. Lastly do not eat after 8pm since your metabolism during that time of the day is very slow. Look for an exercise that you will like. I know it's so hard to this but you need to have the WILL to have a slimmer body for your own good. Also try to use Brazilian Diet Kit. I have been using that supplement for 6 months now and It really helped me loose excess weight. I used this along with my exercise. It increased my metabolism.

before i was very fat and obese. I had completely breakdown and could not do anything! then my husband encouraged me on an online challenge, the HCG diet challenge. Since February 2008 i started this diet and BY GOD you cannot imagine how happy i am! i am losing weight everyday! i have nearly achieved my objective and you will not believe me! visit me at Tracey to view my blog! thanks for reading!
