Trying to find a diet plan
Hello everyone,
My name is Jose, you can call me Gonzo (from Gonzalez)
I am trying to lose weight because a year ago I was very thin, a year before that I was really fat, I managed to lose weight by eating one day and the next i didn't and so on, and also by excercising a little at night, I knew it was wrong, but I was desperate. Anyway, I got a lot fatter ever since, am like 175-185 pounds, 5.4 or 5.5 maybe, (am not sure because here height is like 1.67 or 1.68) and I was wondering if any of you could tell me of a great diet plan I could take to get back to when i was thin, because I want to do it the right and healthy way this time. This is how I eat right now, at breakfast, I don't eat at home, when I get to work at like 7:30 AM, I go up to the cafeteria and eat like a sandwish or two, really simple, like bread and cheese and a small cup of coffee. At lunch, I eat the traditional meal here, which is rice, beans with meat or chicken. Then, during the day I go to a little store here at work where they sell snacks, cookies, etc and eat like chocolate bar or something, when I get home at like 10:30-11:30 PM, I have whatever its prepared which is usually the same rice, beans and meat/chicken meal. Sometimes I make a sandwish after that or not.
From am obvious point you can tell that I shouldnt have the snacks and sandwishes and probably the late dinner, what am trying to find out is the correct meals I should be having.
