New to the site, never really dieted before. I work out about 4 times a week, mainly targeting msucle gain. Im not very overweight, just want to lose a few pounds. Spur of the moment, I'm going a little vacation the weekend of March 17th (St. Paddys Day). What would be the best way for me to lose about as much weight as I can in this short time period? Mainly targeting my stomach and my face lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
