Water only?

Hello, my name is Justin Booker and I'm 17 years old. I weigh 288 lbs and am around 5'11.

Latly I've been thinking about eating nothing and drinking only water untill semptember (when school starts back up) with maybe 3 to 4 runs a week. I'm just wondering what this could do to me negativly?

I don't want to end up having exess skin from losing wieght to fast or end up having NO muscle.
Has anyone tried doing this? If so could you tell me what your experiences/outcomes where?

Thanks.

Smile Start dieting right

At 17 I hope you really hear what I am going to tell you. The only way to lose weight and become healthy is to eat less,(not none) and exercise more. It is only logical that you should change from eating processed foods filled with salt, sugar and calories and begin focusing on eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and meats that are cooked at home with little salt and low fat.
I am new to this forum but have done all of "the diets" in the past. If you just stop eating your metabolism slows down and your body goes into starvation mode and burns less calories. Eating healthy will give you the nutrition you need to lose weight and maintain good health.
Regarding exercise just start out slowly. Take a 30 minute walk every chance you can. Add in exercise whenever and wherever you can in your daily life. Don't place unrealistic expectations upon yourself that will only set you up for failure. Start out slowly and see and feel the results. That is what will give you the motivation to continue a healthy and happy life.
Good luck and keep in touch.

Water Diet

Hi Justin,
Right now im actually on a good product that has to do with drinking water. Its a tablet you put in water and its a hunger surpressent, its called Slimmervescent. Drinking water is an important factor since your suppose to drink 8 glasses a day. To stop eating would be a very bad idea though. Your body will just store longer because it thinks you are starving. ive lost 10 pounds so far so its working good. It is supposably an all natural product so since your 17 it wont affect your growth. I guess you also have to beleive in what your doing, if you dont beleive in the product i guess it won`t work. The company Naturalia Pharma gives a 30 day money back guarantee in case it doesnt work which made me feel more comfortable. They have a site called naturaliapharma, but this forum doesn`t allow sites. They have a number if you want more info too 1-866-600-9668. I wish you good luck cause i know schools can be harsh.

Your body needs the fuel it gets from food (healthy, sensible choices, that is), especially if you are planning on running. Many competitive runners actually eat more when they plan on training, because their bodies burn the fuel they're putting in so fast. But drinking nothing but water for a month is not going to work. You need to eat well and exercise if you want to truly get into shape. And please, when you run, make sure you are replenishing the nutrients your body burns. Otherwise it won't be worth it.

I lost 31 lbs just following this...

I found a great way to lose weight. No starving required, you can eat alot, the supplement works perfectly and you actually lose fat fast. Better than enything else i ever tried. - 31 lbs so far. PureFatBurning.com is the site I came across it. Best of luck. R

--------------------
I found a product that suppresses hunger much better than hoodia and has no side effects.I had much better results with it. devoted.to/BurningFat has all the info.
