This works 100% of the time
You could try a product called FORM being launched that is like nothing else out there. It's basically like having a gastric bypass with no surgery. FORM is a capsule you take that swells in your stomach, filling it 20-35% and telling your brain you are full and making it so you eat less food. People like Heather Hansen from the biggest loser have had great success.
It works 100% of the time
Helps control portions and hunger
No side effects
No drugs
Message me for the link..

How can I not wear the ones I adore...moreover the new look is getting me mad (with the comments from my friends). I know quite a few ways to start losing weight…….but I don’t really feel that, with so many people failing using these methods that I will make it through. Does anyone know a proven way to reduce the weight?
Please help me…..this is killing me!!!

Proven in that a particular technique or product is lifted up by research with financial benefits for the evaluator's education department, etc. or proven that it works for everyone. Would not think that has happened yet or overweight/obesity would not still be on the rise. What do you think, my friend.

When the capsule swells, is it to a universal size...the same in every stomach? Would it be dangerous for a person with a very small stomach; for example, a device that has potential to be too large a diameter to handle in a lap band surgery. Could a serious problem develop in cases such as this? Is it only available by prescription? Sounds very interesting...wondering what kind of chemical action takes place when the capsule expands. Cool to think of what it is made of (or forms into) that would be able to endure effects of extremely strong acid in one's stomach. Great idea, wondering about a ball in stomach...how is it digested (what is it?). Talk soon.

Permanent Weightloss
It is interesting to read how everyone approaches weightloss differently. For me the only thing that made a real difference was to permanently change the way that I eat and from what I have witnessed and all the posts on this forum the pills and quick fix solutions only seem to have short term results. Lets face it we want to be a healthy weight always not just for a special occasion. I still get to eat my favourite foods with the benefit of feeling healthier and with a slimmer body. If you contact me I will send you a free assessment guide and an introduction to the process that I have used to lose weight naturally.

The shakes specially formulated supplements to help you boost your metabolism, and all foods are Low GI.
Combination of these two together loosing up to 2 kilos per week, you will stay healthy through weight loss process, and also maintain the weight loss. Your body will be use to eating, because our body needs fuel to function. When staving the body of it nutrients and not eating regular meals it will only put the weight back on. Fat cells never leave the body, they seem to lay doormat. Fat cells will go into survival mode, once you start eating real food the weight will come back on, and usually 2 to 3 times as much. This program is designed for the body to get use to food intake, so once you have lost the weight you will also maintain it.
The more you eat of these types of food the more weight you will loose.
You will see results as little a one week.

You advertise as well, friend?
The "fuel" is our body fat. It is stored energy. Fat cells do not "lay dorment." Fat cells (adipocytes) do not go into "survival mode." A single cell cannot think...Weight will come back on, usually 2 to 3 times as much. C'mon...if I lose 30 then I will usually gain back 60 to 90 pounds. Not at all realistic. I am sorry...results in as little as one week; possibly never though. Cheers to you, Maggie. Hope the scientific info helps. Blessings,
sj
