MaintainingBestWeight
My wife and I was introduced to a non-drug, non-food natural diet that allowed us to conveniently and safely drop to our best weight and maintain a great improved quality of life that got our attention and we are in our 60's. This breakthrough natural supplement was patented by the Univ. of Minnesota and the Univ. of Connecticut did a double blind, placebo cross-over trial were the average person safely lost 22.5 lbs in 2 months and kept it off.

Change thinking: Z diet approach from KY
Amen Johnny,
We can all do it!!! It is in our heads. We are lonely and need support.
People now on ebay bidding for the last First Edition copies. I have told so many friends and have found, like me, we all have a tendency to listen to what advertising, media, commercials, radio, TV, etc say. The sad thing is we believe what we hear if we hear it enough. HBHOP has a winner here. Z is a hard-core look at the American way when it comes to food. Our problem cannot be solved without commitment. Just because I like to shop with PayPal on ebay, I found the gem that is helping me befriend my scale, not hate it...psychologically and philosophically my thoughts are based on awareness. Thanks DD for allowing us to share our victories. I have a way to go, but have confidence based on his (the Dr.'s) tragic story.
Nice post, guy! Appreciate your words.

Eating less coudn't get any easier!
Hi,
I know how you feel, I too felt like if something didn't happen I would die from this lifelong struggle with my weight. I am now on a Portion Control Program. I lost 5 lbs my first week, and others have lost huge amounts. Heather Hansen from The Biggest Loser 3 has lost over 32 lbs since the end of May.
There is one product that expands in your stomach and triggers you brain to feel full sooner and the meal replacement/metabolism booster give you all the nutrients and the boost you need in the right direction.
I can't believe how easy it is and the peace of mind of knowing you can eat less but not be hungry is huge!
If you would like more information contact me and I'll lead you in the right direction!

Hi, I would strongly recommend - just be careful with the diets. Some of them work, some of them help too fast to be really healthy. Make sure, you eat more proteins, like eggs, low-fat meat, no sugar, no bread whatever. Drink plenty of water - min 1.5 l a day. I was able to reduce my unwanted weight this way for less than 2 months. I know it is not THAT fast, but I feel great. 5 months later, I have not put on a single kg, no matter what I eat
Also you can check www . w8loss-tips . com
There are some useful tips and tools there, to check and calculate the body mass index, and similar things

try to use Brazilian Diet Kit. It helped me a lot with my weight problems. Lay off junk foods and eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. Exercising everyday is very important. I was like you 6 months ago. But now I have reduced 40 lbs. and it made me a better person.

Calorie Counting Works For Me
Gradually build up to reaching the goals you really want for your life, but start out with smaller goals at first. Don’t completely cut out all of the foods that you eat regularly, don’t weigh yourself every day either. Don’t set unrealistic goals. Set goals that you can reach, but not easily. This will allow you to move forward and even if you fall short you will still feel successful. Setting impossible goals will only leave you frustrated and ready to give up.
The most important thing to remember is to know your limitations, and know yourself. You must be happy with yourself as a person, on the inside, before you can change anything about yourself on the outside.
