1. Add extra fiber to your diet

Fiber is the secret ingredient for weight loss that few people seem to talk about. I'm going to make this as simple as possible for you. I want you to add 2 foods to your diet everyday. One for snacks and the other to be added to your meals.

Water - you can't be reminded enough to drink, drink, drink all day long.

What most people will also notice is it helps a tremendous amount with hunger cravings. Thirst can be mistaken as a sign of hunger. You will feel fuller throughout the day. Aside from all the other ways it benefits your body to keep up with your water intake, it does wonders for you in terms of being able to control your portion sizes and hunger pangs throughout the day.

Bottom line - if nothing else, get your water in every day!

great post hknittle..i agree with all of of it. well as far as Weight Loss pills are concerned they are good only when they are taken as replacement. one should not be fully Dependant on these
