I agree with you .

This is simple formed list : For lose the weight fast,safe and easy you have to go on a simple way.Like
1.Take light food.
2.Take nutritional food.
3.Do exercises for weight loss.
4.Avoid fast food.
5.Avoid junk food.
6.Avoid Non.veg.
7.Take fruits & vegetables.

if you wonder what types of exercise to do, in order to lose weight, the answer is cardio trainings. This can be compared to walking, as mentioned above. Be careful with fruits however, they contain sugars. Eat fruits mostly in the mornings, and avoid these in the evenings. Water is vital, not less than 1.5 l a day.
