Just Curious

Hi everyone I am new on here. I need to lose about 15 pounds & with winter here it is a struggle. Looking for some advice on supplements that may help me. No caffeine or ephedrine products. Has anyone found a beneficial supplement that they have used?

I have been taking an all natural appetite suppresant called BE THIN for three weeks. It contains no stimulants or ephedrine. BE THIN has Hoodia and gymnema sylvestre. Hoodia controls appetite. Gymnema sylvestre reduces sugar cravings and diminishes the taste of sugar to your taste buds. Both Hoodia and gymnema sylvestre have been used for thousands of years in Africa and India.
My weight loss goal is 20lbs. So far I have lost 4lbs but I overate during the holidays.

Hi everyone, I have tried sooooo many diets, and have never really found the right one (actually I just have no will power at all) I was wondering if someone has tried a supplement, something to help the will-power a little, nothing harmfull tho!!!!!!! Just an extra little help!!!!! That would be really great if there was something like that around!!

How does Be Thin work??? I am open to anything, but what do you mean, that you have to diet too, how strict of a diet, it would be nice to just have to cut down on my eating, I can do that easily, but a strict diet isn't easy for me because I work different shifts and my eating pattern is not regular, esp when I have the night shift. Does anyone have any good ideas????

Hi Joey! I am also quite new to this forum and I know exactly how you feel. I have tried so many different kind of diets during the past years just like you but nothing really worked. This is so frustrating and I am fed up of dieting. So I thought about taking a diet pill. I thought about redusyn. Have you ever tried it?

Hi funnygirl, good to hear that I am not alone, I can use all the help I can get, maybe a diet pill would really be the thing for me, since my will power is not strong at all, what is with Redusyn, is it really a good thing?? I only need something to get me started, if I lose a few pounds, then I think I can keep going!!! Is Redusyn harmful? I will have to check it out. Will let you know what I find out.

That's right. Sometimes it is really frustraing if everybody in your cirle of friends tells you not to try any kind of diet pill. But for what I know so far redusyn sounds quite harmful and your appetite will fade away (something great because I really like snacking in front of the tv :-)). Nevertheless I think that it is even better to use redusyn in combination with a well-balanced nutrition and a good work-out. Unfortunately I don't know anybody who has ever tried it before. Do you?

Hi funnygirl, thank you for your support, maybe this Redusyn is good, I am gonna check around and see if I can get more information on it, will ask around at work if anyone has used it, Of course I will have to stop snacking but I really don't want to go thru the sommer with wearing tents.
