Woopie, one more pound down without any cravings, this is going better than I thought, how much have you lost??? Don't get a dog just for exercise, it is a big responsibility, I have 2 little ones, but that is because I love dogs, yes you do have to take them out at least 4 times a day, which is very good cuz you can't put it off, they have to go potty. I really enjoy going out with them, you also meet alot of people. I take them now on longer walks, they enjoy it and I get more exercise. Think it over, might be good for you.

That is great! Congratulations! Yeah I am also losing about one lb every day. Sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less. But I am losing almost every day. I just love it. One of my friends wants to lose weight too and she is also going to try redusyn. Hopefully she will be as successful as we are! Yeah maybe you are right. Maybe I was a little to spontaneous. I am going to think about the idea of having a dog again!

Tomorrow is scale day again, this is really beginning to be fun, and even at work they have noticed that my rolls are getting smaller, and that is SUPER!!!! The best thing is I feel great, I even sleep better at night, maybe because I don't eat at night, just something light. Sure makes a difference.

That is such a wonderful feeling, isn't it? When my mother told me once: "Honey, have you lost weight? You seem to be quite thin today." I felt like I could hug the whole world.
You said that you don't eat anything at night? But why? Aren't you hungry in the evening? And I think that it is really important to have three meals a day. We shouldn't quit eating just because taking redusyn I think.

I am fabulous. I really don't know why I haven't tried redusyn earlier. You should really go shopping. I am sure that you will have lots of fun while trying on the new clothes. Probably you have also dropped one - maybe even two sizes!
I usually eat something like a yogurt or one slice of bread. And of course some fruit. I try to eat five piece of fruit every day.

Can't believe I said that!!!! I am eally so glad that I did buy redusyn, it was worth the money.

So hopefully you won't be disappointed. But I guess you should have already dropped a size! By the why in which stores do you usually buy clothes? It is pretty difficult to find clothes in bigger sizes, isn't it?
*lol* Me neither :-) I think I eat much healthier than I used to eat before taking redusyn but still sometimes you just need a candy bar. I don't think that this will change :-)

Yes, once in awhile a candy bar does good, but not every day, like I use to. I use to buy clothes the maternity stores, they had nice dresses and tops, that really fit. Kind of a downer tho to shop there. I refuse to shop in those anymore, maybe I will just try walmart, I don't want to spend too much money on clothes right now, because I hope to drop a few sizes first. I will find out this weekend.

Do you know if there are any light candy bars? Unfortunately I haven't see any yet. Just light potato chips but if you compare the amount of calories you suddenly realize that they are not light at all. I really don't know why they are called "light".
Yeah wal mart has some pretty clothes from time to time but nevertheless I am not buying clothes there very often because everybody wears them :-)
