hydrxycut.. dont know if i got the right spelling on that one, but yeah this thing would really help you cut down the excess fat in the body, you would be lean in no time but also keep track on what you eat.

I know, all the things that are light have just as much calories as the normal stuff, best to stay with your fruits and vegies, and have a candy bar just once in a while. I think that it is better in the long run. So, how are you doing??? I did drop a size, I bought a new pair of jeans, and they fit very nice, but the best thing is they are smaller.

Really? But why are they called "light" then? Actually it is nothing but a piss take or how would you rate this? Yeah that is true and fruits and veggies are okay but still sometimes I want some candies :-( Don't you have this feeling anymore?
You dropped a size? That is awesome! I am sure that you look very pretty in your new pair of jeans!

Yeah, the light stuff is just a big scam, I still eat candy, but not as much and I eat the ones that aren't 100% sugar. You have to read alot of labels but it is worth it. Yes I love my new jeans, can't wait to lose more of my rear end. How are you holding up?? Everyday is getting better, do you have the same feeling?

By the way do you know if sweetening is better than sugar? Somebody told me that sweetening is even worse than sugar because it is used in the hog feeding. Do you know if this is true?
I have also dropped a size. But this was about a week ago. And I am kind of frustrated that I am still having that size...

I am not sure about sugar replacements, I have never used it because I never did like the taste, to sweeten my tea I put honey in it, not bad tasting. That is great that you have dropped a size, aren't you happy?? I bet in a few days you will have a size smaller, no doubt.

But honey is quite high on calories too, isn't it? Actually I think that the taste of sugar and sweetener is almost the same. But I really don't know which one is better. Well I will try to find an answer in the internet!
Yeah of course I am happy but nevertheless right now I am not that satisfied. I used to lose weight much faster when I started to take redusyn. Well maybe I am too spoiled because of that :-)

I think that at first you lose alot of weight because it is water, then the weight loss slows down, just as long as it doesn't stop. Keep it up, don't fall back into your old ways. I am going to check on honey and if it is really better to use than sugar, that would be interesting. Keep your head up!!

But why do we lose that much water first when you start losing weight? I really don't get that. Of course I am not going to fall back into my old ways-I will keep on taking redusyn and I am sure that I will also keep on losing weight. But nevertheless it sucks that I am losing so much slower :-(

I don't really know why we lose so much water at first, I should ask my doctor next time, I have heard that the slower you lose weight, the more chances you have of keeping it off, so that is good then if you are losing slowly. You have plenty of time still before summer, are you very active?
