Yeah it would be nice if you could do this because I would really like to know. Losing that much water at first actually doesn't make sense at all I think.
Well I try to be active but I guess I could still improve a lot. Unfortunately I am not able to exercise that much because of me job. Usually I leave very early and I come back quite late. But I try to exercise at the weekend. Do you have a trainer at home?

I know it is hard to exercise when you work full time, I try, like I ride my bike to work everyday, take the long way and ride it faster, sometimes at work I do a few knee bends (when no one is around) and at night I go a long way with my dogs. I wish I could do more but during the week I just can't. I try now to get my friends to do stuff with me, like on the weekends a bike tour, go bowling and I am now trying to get them to go swimming. Hope it works.

So you are also working full time? Wow our lifes seem to have some similarities :-) Unfortunately my company is too far away and therefore I am not able to go to work by bike. 30miles would be a little too much :-) And unfortunately I have problems with me knees and therefore I have to be careful anyways :-(

Well, I have been taking redusyn for 14 days, and I have lost 12 lbs. I never thought it was possible to lost weight so easy. I don't miss eating junk food at all. I have a dress (which fit me years ago) packed away which I will try on and see if it fits me again, then I will wear it to our family Easter dinner, that would be fun.

12lbs in two weeks that it great! You should be proud of yourself! And I am sure that the clothes will fit you again because you will have dropped a size. You should also reward yourself and buy a new outfit! You deserve it! Do you think you would already be able to lose weight without the help of redusyn?

WOW, my dress fits, I am so happy, can't wait till the family sees me in the dress. I am going to knock them dead. I think I will take redusyn another 28 days, I am not quite happy with my eating habits yet, I am trying to change them forever to keep the weight off, and I think I need another 4 weeks to accomplish this. Happy Easter !!

That is awesome! So which size do you have right now?
How did your family react? I am sure that everybody was very proud of you and asked you what you have done, right? Did you tell them about redusyn or are they against diet pills and that would make sense at all?

Just google and you will find redusyn, I don't want to put in any links here, It is great stuff. My family was so proud of me, and they noticed how I have changed, I laugh alot more because I am getting to like myself alot better. I can now look in the mirror and not hate myself. At first my family wasn't too happy with me taking a diet pill but now they see that it has helped and they are supporting me.

Yeah there are lots of stores in the internet. But compare diet pills first. Different people might react differently to diet pills.
It is really nice that your family support you that much. How did they respond when you told him about redusyn? I guess they weren't very happy, were they?
